Ladies Fitness Ministry
The fitnes ministry is designed for women and children to be edified through physical fitness and fellowship. Past activities have included walking/running around Lake Merritt, ice skating at Oakland Ice Center, swimming at the Stillman Center in Newark, and dance aerobic classes. A ladies basketball team is being formed for those that are interested.
